Our customer service team are available from 9-5 Monday to Friday. Most cleaning takes place between 9 & 5 Monday to Friday. Some Pros do work on a Saturday and some might work slightly later or earlier than our business hours. You agree this with your Pro directly to find a time that suits you both.
No, we just ask you give us 7 days notice if you wish to cancel the service.
The total cost per hour is £18 and that's it! No hidden charges or extras. This is made up of £3 per hour Agency Fees to Clementine Cleaning and £15 per hour directly to your Pro.
We require all customers to pay the Agency Fees by Direct Debit using our provider GoCardless. This is because our payment process is automated. Please pay your Pro either in Cash or Directly into their bank account. You can agree this directly with your Pro.
Clementine’s accidental damage insurance policy covers damage above £250. The Customer is liable for the damage below £250 or the first £250 of any larger damage.
Yes you can ask your Pro to hold a set of keys. We provide a key release form in your welcome pack which we email when you start the service. For ease though we would always recommend buying a combination key safe to keep at the property so your keys stay at the property and you can easily change the code to remove access to keys at any time.
Never give out keys with your name or address on them.
No we do not offer Pro's for one off cleans. We focus on our core business, which is regular Weekly or Fortnightly cleaning because our service is very personal and tailored to each customer. This takes time and is refined over a regular ongoing period.
